Daniel did a fantastic job. He made sure that the problem was completely fixed before he left, even as the project became larger than we initially thought. It was very easy to schedule service. Daniel had a great attitude and was very kind, along with being exceptionally knowledgeable.

Called Roto Rooter to fix bathroom shower. The service alone was 875 not including fixing the problem. Please don't call them they are rip off artists. Definitely finding a more economical plumber. Roto Rooter never called me i had to call them. Please don't use this company for your plumbing service. It's a scam. They are ripping people off don't care about customers. The total cost was 1,146.00 to fix water temperature cartridge. I learned my lesson today never trust this company.

Honestly speaking they are very expensive. Same day service. 3-4 hours window time waiting. I have to call them few times because my problem was different than service I took from them. I have to replace the outside line but didn’t because I wasn’t ready for that much of expense. So far all the people came to help us most people are so nice. The time they are at our house they had tried their best to resolve the issue. Last person Mr.Richard he is an excellent human being. Rather than the price Roto-Rooter are excellent.

Very satisfied with my service, we had a plumber named Keston, who is an all around cool guy, giving you the best course of action when it comes to doing your repairs. Friendly, respectful, great energy, professional quality work, highly recommend.

Roto-rooter has been my go to on a couple projects, they are professional, they do an in-depth investigation and give understandable results and solutions. I’ve done comparisons with other companies and Roto-Rooter’s prices are also quite good. The technicians that come do the work have always been really great.

Keston was amazing. He was very warm and welcoming. The best part is he literally fixed my toilet in less than 5 minutes kid you not. Amazing job!
